The mission of this organization is charitable, commemorative, and educational. The organization's objectives are:

a) To formulate plans to regenerate the remembrance of those veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States who gave their lives so that their country and its citizens could retain their high standards as the Nation of all nations.

b) To recognize all veterans, both living and deceased, through commemorative programs and actions, who have served their country with dignity, honor and pride under all circumstances and situations.

c) To promote the growth and development of both knowledge and consciousness of the relationship of mutual concern between the citizens of the city of Pontiac, Oakland County, and our Veterans group.

d) To participate as an organization in the development, promoting and publicizing of local veterans commemorative programs. Also, to inspire other organizations and individuals of Michigan communities to recognize the importance of such programs
